What's new in 2024 for Sync and Recover

July 30th, 2024	Administrators will be able to Search a mailbox for a specific email or attachment within a folder and filter by a specific type of metadata to avoid false positives. No minimum or maximum limit will be enforced for the search string. Search strings will not be retained as a user switches across folders For Email Folders: Users can search by Sender, Recipient, Subject, Message ID, or Attachment. For Calendar Folder: Users can search by Organizer, Attendees, Subject, Status, Attachments For Task Folder: users can search by Title, Status, or Attachments. For Contacts Folder: Users can search by Full Name, Company, Department, Email Address, and Categories. For Notes Folder: Users can search by Owner, Subject, Attachments. For AND OR in Search, here's the full list for all data types: Email. Search with an OR condition if the target field is From, To, Cc, or Message ID. Otherwise, search with an AND condition. Events. Search with an OR condition if the target field is Organizer, Attendees or Status. Otherwise, search with an AND condition. Tasks. Search with an OR condition if the target field is Status. Otherwise, search with an AND condition. Contacts. Search with an OR condition if the target field is Full Name, Company. Department, Email Address or Category. Notes. Search with an OR condition if the target field is Owner. Otherwise, search with an AND condition.
