Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce enhancements to Phishing Simulation on the Awareness Training platform. These include sending Test Emails, adding QR-Based Phishing Templates, new Navigation and Campaign Management options, as well as new IP Blocklist Management options.
What's changing
- Administrators will now be able to send Test Emails for Phishing Campaigns. This allows them to test templates before creating full campaigns, ensuring they have an in-depth understanding of the user experience.
- Phishing Templates can now incorporate one of the latest attack vectors, QR Codes. Over and above adding QR codes to Phishing Templates, there will be enhanced tracking which includes the ability to report on QR code scans as well as link clicks.
- New Navigation and Campaign Management options. Administrators will have the ability to clone or deactivate Phishing Campaigns from the left-hand navigation.
- The options to set exact launch times and customize tracking periods will be available, to provide administrators better control over phishing simulations.
- Administrators will be able to manage a blocklist of IP addresses to be excluded from phishing simulation tracking.
