Issue
Who's affected
We have identified a limitation, affecting CyberGraph customers who originally onboarded to version 1 (2023 or earlier), and who were upgraded to version 2, starting end August 2024.
- This only impacts old messages; the last of the CyberGraph 1.0 messages would have been delivered by mid-September 2024. All messages delivered since then, by CyberGraph 2.0, are not affected.
- This change should be of minimal impact to your organization, as it is highly unlikely that an End User would try to report a message that is over 5 months old.
- Any customers who onboarded originally to CyberGraph 2.0 (January 2024 or later) are not affected.
What's the issue?
Messages delivered to End Users prior to your upgrade to CyberGraph 2.0 will be impacted as follows:
- If you have dynamic banners configured (default), these will not appear on older emails.
- If you have configured static text banners, these embedded banners will remain. However, if an End User tries to report the message using the CyberGraph banner buttons (Report or Mark as Safe), an error will be displayed.
