A Processed Search Guide is a tool that assists users in navigating and managing data returned from a completed search. It provides various functionalities to help users review, filter, and export their search results.
Reviewing a Processed Search
Once a search is processed, users can access their desired Search and Discover report to review the results. They can filter these results using several options, including AI Analysis, Source, Attachments, Modifications, and Platforms.
Filtering Options
- AI Analysis: This filter, powered by Aware's AI model, enables users to filter messages based on sentiment, toxic speech, code detection, language, and information quality.
- Source: This filter enables users to refine results by public groups, private groups, or direct messages.
- Attachments: This filter refines results to only messages that contain the selected attachment types.
- Modifications: This filter enables users to quickly see messages that were edited or deleted.
- Platforms: If an organization is integrated with multiple collaboration platforms, users can filter by platform.
Viewing Event Details
Users can click into an event to view more details. The message that triggered the event is highlighted, and users can see the context surrounding the conversation. They can also export the individual conversation using the Export to PDF button.
Slack Reactions
Slack users can view emoji reactions to messages when viewing them in the context panel for processed searches. Emoji reactions can be loaded and exported in the existing PDF functionality.
Marking Important Conversations
Users can mark an event as important using the Mark Messages button. This allows them to isolate these messages in exports and bulk download attachments and videos from these important conversations when exporting.
Exporting Search Results
Users can export the data they choose by clicking the Create Export button.
