Aware - Resetting User Password

This article explains how administrators can reset a user's password in System Settings, including step-by-step instructions and tips for ensuring the reset email is received.

 

If a user forgets their password or gets locked out, the administrator can reset it through System Settings. Follow the steps below to reset a user's password.

  1. Locate the System Settings button in the low left-hand corner.
  2. Click on User Management within System Settings.

 

 

  1. Identify the user and click on them to edit.

 

 

  1. Within the Personal Information section locate Reset Password at the bottom.

 

 

  1. Click Send Password Reset. The user will receive an email that prompts them to reset their password.
