This article explains how to change a user's permission levels in Aware, including step-by-step instructions for modifying access to specific modules or granting full administrator access.
For users provisioned via Mimecast role mapping, any manual permission edits made directly in Aware will be overridden on next login.
At times, you may need to adjust a user's permissions to provide them with more or fewer features. Follow the steps below to modify their permission levels.
- Locate the Systems Settings button in the lower left-hand corner.
- Click on User Management within System Settings.
- Identify the user and click on them to edit.
- Locate the Permissions section within their profile.
- Select the module to which this user will have access. Choose Administrator to grant them full access to Aware.
- Once you are finished click on Save Changes at the bottom in orange.
