Aware - Message Context

This article contains a video that provides a step-by-step guide on how to view and analyze a specific event in your search and discovery report using Aware.

The following provides key points of the process:

1. Selecting an Event: When you click on an event of interest, a sidecar appears on the right-hand side. This sidecar contains several messages, but the event of interest is highlighted in light blue.
2. Viewing Message Details: At the top of the sidecar, you can see where the message was authored and several options.
3. Using AI Analysis: One of these options is View AI Analysis. This applies Aware's propriety Natural Language Processing (NLP) models to the specific message you are viewing.
4. Marking a Message: Another option is Mark Message, which allows you to mark your specific event for a more granular export.
5. Exporting as PDF: There's also an Export to PDF option, which initiates a download at the bottom of your browser.
6. Navigating to the Next Result: If you want to add the next message to your investigation report, click Next Result. This will automatically take you to the next message, where you will have the same options.
7. Viewing Edit History: For messages that have been edited on the platform, you have the View edit history option. Clicking this allows you to see not only the original post but also the edited version.
