This article provides a video tutorial on how to filter, mark, and export search results. After a search is completed , the results can be filtered further using various methods:

1. Keyword Search: You can type in a keyword to filter messages that contain that word.
2. AI Analysis: The system uses Aware's Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning to filter messages by sentiment, toxicity, whether the message contains code, or by language source.
3. Message Type: Results can be filtered by public groups, private groups, and direct messages.
4. Attachments: You can filter results to include only messages that contain any of the listed file types.
5. Modifications: If you're looking for a result that was edited or even deleted from your collaboration platform, you can filter for those as well.
6. Platform: If you're integrated with more than one collaboration platform, you can filter the results.
