This article provides a video tutorial on how to filter, mark, and export search results. The search operation could be based on various criteria such as keywords, sentiment, toxicity, presence of code, language source, message type (public, private, direct), attachments, modifications, and platform.
After a search is completed , the results can be filtered further using various methods:
- Keyword Search: You can type in a keyword to filter messages that contain that word.
- AI Analysis: The system uses Aware's Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning to filter messages by sentiment, toxicity, whether the message contains code, or by language source.
- Message Type: Results can be filtered by public groups, private groups, and direct messages.
- Attachments: You can filter results to include only messages that contain any of the listed file types.
- Modifications: If you're looking for a result that was edited or even deleted from your collaboration platform, you can filter for those as well.
- Platform: If you're integrated with more than one collaboration platform, you can filter the results.
