Aware - User Data Removal

3. Navigating to the Module:

• • To begin, users should navigate to the User Data Removal tab located on the left-hand side of the interface.

4. Creating a New Request:

• • Users can create a new data removal request by selecting the New Request button in the top right corner.
  • This process requires entering the employee's email address whose data is to be removed.

5. Data Hold Consideration:

• • Users must verify that the employee is not on a data hold, as this will prevent the removal request from being processed. This step is crucial to ensure compliance and data integrity.

6. Selecting Data for Deletion:

• • Ensure that the Delete User Data option is selected.
  • Choose the content platform and content sources from which you wish to delete the individual's content by toggling the relevant options on or off.

7. Submitting a Request:

• • Once all selections are made, users can proceed to submit the request.
  • The request will then appear in the main menu of the User Data Removal tab for tracking purposes.

8. Tracking and Historical View:
