How to Export Groups

1. Navigate to  Spotlight | Groups.
2. Select the desired number of groups you wish to export using Results per Page.
3. Click the Export Group Data as CSV button.
4. Access exported data in your Downloads folder as defined in your browser settings.

Tips to Make the Most of Group Exports

Sort and filter groups by message count to easily see your most active groups, or groups that haven't had activity in months or even years. This can help your organization identify groups that can be archived.

Adjust the Results Per Page to Export more Data

Your group export will match the current number of results on the page. If you wish to export more than the first 10 groups in your list, use the Results Per Page dropdown to export more data.
