In addition to the recently launched Support ticket logging experience, Mimecast is pleased to announce that the new Community and Knowledge platform is now live and accessible. The new Mimecast Community platform is specifically designed to enhance your security journey and facilitate connections with fellow security professionals.

Key enhancements include:

  • Enhanced user interface for easier navigation.
  • Direct access to Mimecast experts and peers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Interactive forums for sharing insights and experiences.
