The Vendor Management feature in Mimecast DMARC Analyzer offers a centralized interface for organizations to monitor and manage the email authentication compliance of third-party vendors that send emails on their behalf. - Summary Cards: Instantly view the total number of vendors, how many are compliant, and how many are not, along with associated email volumes.
- Compliance Status Overview Chart: Visualize vendor compliance trends over time, with clear indicators for compliant (green) and non-compliant (red) email flows.
- Vendor's Table: Access a detailed breakdown of each vendor’s compliance status, including DMARC, DKIM, and SPF verification rates, and drill down for more information.
- Search and Filter: Quickly locate vendors or filter data by compliance status, email volume, and other criteria.
- Date Range Selector: Analyze compliance data over custom time periods, with a default view of the last 60 days.

Adding A Vendor
To ensure you maximize the value of Vendor Management, keep your organization’s email ecosystem secure and compliant, follow these steps to add a Vendor:
- Log in to Mimecast Administration Console
- Navigate to More Services | DMARC Analyzer 2.0 | Vendor Management
- Click Add Vendor, then select a Vendor for the list.
- A pop-up message stating "Vendor Added Successfully" will show up after you click Save.
- All your added Vendors will appear in the list of Vendors.
Vendor Management Overview
To view an individual Vendor, select the Vendor you want to view from the Vendor list:

- Authorized Status: Indicates whether the vendor is authorized to send emails on behalf of your domains.
- Description: Provides a brief description of the vendor (e.g., "Google Workspace is a collection of cloud computing and collaboration tools marketed by Google").
- Compliance Status Overview Chart: Displays a bar chart showing the vendor's compliance status over time, with compliant and non-compliant email flows represented in green and red, respectively.
