Issue

We are aware of an issue for CyberGraph customers who are also using the Advanced Business Email Compromise (BEC) solution.
In some cases, when an incoming message is sent to multiple internal recipients, where some recipients are governed by a CyberGraph Learning Mode policy, and some are governed by an actively enabled policy, the recipients in Learning Mode may receive banners in their messages.

Our engineering teams have resolved this issue.

Workaround

  • Enable Learning Mode for all users.
  • Disable Advanced BEC.
