Issue

We have identified an issue when logging into both Mimecast Essentials for Outlook (via Microsoft OWA), and the Mimecast Administration Console, on the same browser.
The login pop-up for Mimecast Essentials for Outlook closes immediately after it's displayed, meaning that the user cannot complete the login process.

Workaround

  • Access Mimecast Essentials for Outlook from a different browser.

    How can we open Mimecast Essentials for Outlook login window from a different browser, knowing that Outlook Client manages himself the login window ?

    As far as I'm concerned, we don't have a choice of browser: a new “WebView2” window opens under directly the Outlook process.
