Overview

Mimecast is pleased to introduce the Mentor Series of educational videos as a distinct season within the content library. This series offers users high-value, professional training content that stands apart from the existing sitcom-style Human Error modules. 

What's changing

• New Mentor Series Content: A new season of training materials will be added to the content library, showcasing professional, mentor-style videos.

  The initial launch will prioritize English-only content, featuring videos with embedded English captions, to streamline the time to market.

  • Phishing 101.
  • Password Best Practices.
  • Policy Training.
  • HIPAA 101 for Business Associates.
  • Social Engineering 101.
  • Internet Safety/Untrusted Domains.

  • The Risks of AI Tools.
  • The Risks of Using Your Work Device for Personal Business.
  • Sharing Files Securely in MS 365/OneDrive.
  • File Sharing Essentials (Google Drive).
  • File Sharing Essentials (Slack).

For the English-only launch, all videos will be in English with embedded English captions; "no additional languages will be supported at launch."
