Overview

Mimecast is pleased to introduce a feature that allows Administrators to customize the subject line of their email Nudges in the same way they can customize the body of the email.​

What's New

• • • Nudges are now fully customizable. Previously, only the body of the nudge could be edited, while subject lines were hard-coded and only visible during email nudge previews.
    • Administrators now have the ability to customize the subject line of any email nudge. This enables them to:
      • Align with their preferred corporate vernacular.
      • Match the language of the nudge, especially if they’ve translated the content themselves.
    • Subject lines will be limited to 128 characters, consistent with the character limit for email subject lines in other areas of Engage.​​​
    • Subject lines will now be visible while editing an email, Nudge, not just during the preview.
