Overview 

Mimecast is pleased to announce localization options for Customizable Correct Answers and Safety Tips in the Awareness Training platform. Administrators will have the ability to customize correct answers and safety tips in all supported languages. This includes ensuring that incorrect answers are presented in the same language as the customized correct answer.

This enhancement will improve the localization of training modules, providing a cohesive and fully translated experience for administrators and end users.

What's changing

• Language Picker Integration: The module page and modal pop-ups will have a Language Picker dropdown for editing answers. This will allow administrators to toggle between languages directly from the module page and the edit modal.

• Multilingual Customization: Administrators can edit Correct Answers and Safety Tips in multiple languages from the same modal.

If no edits are made for a specific language, the default correct answer and safety tip will remain.

• Localized Incorrect Answers: When an administrator updates the correct answer and safety tip in a specific language, the incorrect answers and other question-related content will also be displayed in that language.

• Dropdown Behavior: Supported languages for a module will appear in the dropdown.

Modules unavailable in a specific language will not show that language as an option.

• Default Fallback: Unedited content will revert to the default correct answer and safety tip.

Recommended actions

The new localization options can be used by administrators as required, there is no action necessary to make use of these options.
