Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce the Engage Netskope DLP for Human Risk for all Mimecast Engage Email Security Cloud Gateway customers. This integration will improve the robustness of Human Risk Scoring by incorporating signals related to users' interactions with sensitive data on devices.
It will also enable security awareness practitioners to deliver targeted training and informational content to users based on their behavior when handling sensitive data (functionality to be included in a future release of Engage).

What's Changing

• The Netskope DLP for Human Risk will be available for Engage users.
• The new integration can be set up by navigating to Integrations | Integration Hub and requires a REST API token from Netskope with Read permission for the /api/v2/events/dataexport/events/incident endpoint. 

  Historical events will not be pulled from Netskope, only events from the point of integration onward.
