Overview

Starting from 21 April 2025, we will initiate a series of important maintenance updates to enhance the functionality of the Human Risk platform. This essential work is scheduled to be finalized by 24 April 2025, ensuring our users benefit from improved performance. 

What's Changing

Due to the scheduled maintenance plan, administrators and users may experience occasional errors when accessing Human Risk-related features, such as the Human Risk Dashboard and Risk Analysis. As a result, your normal engagements on the platform may occasionally be interrupted.

Please contact your Account Manager or Support team if the errors continue after the scheduled maintenance period.
