API & Integrations - Engage Netskope DLP for Human Risk - Cloud Gateway

This guide describes what needs to be done to make use of the Engage Netskope DLP for Human Risk for the Email Security Cloud Gateway (CG) Platform. 

Overview

The integration with Mimecast's Human Risk retrieves Netskope DLP for Human Risk Incidents via API. These incidents are then forwarded to the Human Risk Control Center, where they are linked to individual users. The platform uses this data to update each user's sensitive data handling behavior score.

Prerequisites 

      • Netskope Data Loss Prevention.
      • Mimecast Engage subscription.

Permissions

The following permissions are required for this integration:

      • You will need to grant the following users Read and Write permissions:

      • Global Sys Admin        
      • Sys Admin - SD Full       
      • Super Administrator  
      • Full Administrator                  
      • Basic Administrator                 
      • Partner Administrator                              
      • Custom Role with Integrations Marketplace (Read/Write permissions must be enabled.)

Configuration

The integration is configured in Mimecast Administration Console, and navigate to the Integration HubTo do this, follow the steps below:

  1. From the available Integrations, select Configure New on Netskope DLP for Human Risk.
  1. Complete the Details section. Note that the Description is optional.
  1. Enter the Client Secret and the Base URL corresponding to your geographical location, and click on Save.
  1. To verify that the integration has been successfully added to your account, reload the page. The status will now indicate that it is connected.
  1. To view the list of integrations, click on the View button. This page displays the number of integrations created and their statuses for the specific account.
 

Human Risk

To view how Sensitive Data Handling impacts Human Risk go to the Human Risk page, where you will be able to view the sensitive data handling that has been processed for this account.
 
To view details of improperly handled sensitive data, expand Sensitive Data Handling and click on View Details. This will provide additional information about the specific event where sensitive data was mishandled.
You can also view events over time based on the selected time frame, review individual performance, see a breakdown of the score, and access information about the latest event.
