Additional Recipient

The additional recipient feature will send a copy of every end-user report to a mailbox of your choice.

To specify an internal email address as an additional recipient of the report notification email:

  1. Log on to the Mimecast Administration Console.
  2. Navigate to Users & Groups | Applications.
  3. Either select:
  • The New Application Settings button.
  • An existing Application Setting definition to edit.
  1. Navigate to the Common Applications | Gateway Settings section.
  2. Click on Allow Report Spam/Phishing/Malware Recipient.
  3. Specify the desired additional recipient.
