Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce enhancements to our CyberGraph Language Support, which includes a new subsection for language selection for Banner displays. Administrators can now view the default translation provided by Mimecast and customize it for user messages in multiple languages while adhering to a character limit.
What's changing
- New Feature Introduction: A new subsection has been added in the Configuration area for language selection regarding banner displays.
- Default Translation: Administrators will have access to the Mimecast-provided default translation and the option to customize strings.
- Multi-Language Customization: Administrators can continue to customize default messages to provide user messages in multiple languages. For example, Canadian customers can customize English text to include French text.
- Character Limit: A character limit applies to custom messages, as specified in the current article version.
- Single Language Limitation: Only one language can be selected for all users within the account.
- Supported Languages: Initial supported languages include English, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
Recommended actions
Administrators can access the Configurations area to find the language selection subsection, where they can customize default translations from Mimecast and select a single language for all users.
