Issue
We have discovered some erroneous logs that we use for reporting, which have impacted the weekly Mimecast Account Assessment during the period of 6th - 12th June, 2025.
We experienced a fault with the collection of the daily logs, which resulted in missing information from the 6th - 12th June in the URL Click Measurements.
Workaround
- Use the TTP URL Protect dashboard for information on the missing days.
The root cause of the issue has been identified, and from 13th June, the logs will be available in the report.

This appears to not be corrected, we are still seeing no activity for URL Protection before or after June 13th,
