License Plan reference

Overview

Use the License Plan screen to to view your current product plan and monitor the status of current licenses for endpoints and data connectors.

License Plan

To view License Plan, go to Administration > Status > License Plan.

The License Plan screen includes information about:

• Your current product plan
• The number of endpoint licenses purchased and in use
• Data connector licenses in use
• License expiration dates

Item		Description
a	Product plan	Name of product plan to which you currently subscribe.
b	Cloud	Displays the name of your cloud environment.
c	Registration key	Your Incydr environment's registration key. When assigning users and endpoints to organizations in your environment, do not use this key. Use the registration key that appears in the Organization Details.
d	Tenant ID	Tenant ID is the unique identifier for your Incydr environment. If you contact Incydr Technical Support for assistance, you may be asked to provide your Tenant ID.
e	Endpoint licenses	The number of endpoint licenses purchased and in use. File event monitoring: The number of users with an active device using insider risk management features. Insider risk management features are supported in the insider risk agent. Backup: The number of users with backup archives, including deactivated users with archives in cold storage. (Not pictured)
f	Data connector licenses	Type of data connectors licensed for your Incydr environment and count of user drives monitored.
