Sign in to the Incydr console

Overview

Use the Incydr console to manage additional settings, perform web restores, and troubleshoot errors. This article explains how to access the console from the backup agent as well as from the web.

Before you begin

To access the Incydr console from the web you must know the URL of your Incydr environment. Contact your backup administrator if you do not know the URL for your environment.

From the backup agent

Use the backup agent to access the Incydr console sign in screen.

1. Open the backup agent.
2. From Home, select Settings > General.
3. Click Manage account on the web.
   The Incydr console opens in your browser.

4. Enter your username and password.
5. Click Sign In.
6. If necessary, select Administration.
   The Incydr console opens.

From the web

If you cannot access the backup agent, you can access the Incydr console from any supported web browser:

1. Visit the URL for your Incydr environment. If you don't know which URL below applies to you, contact your backup administrator or contact our Technical Support Engineers:

   • United States
     • US1: https://console.us.code42.com
     • US2: https://console.us2.code42.com
     • US3: https://console.gov.code42.com (Federal environment)
   • Ireland
     • EU1: https://console.ie.code42.com
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click Sign in.
4. If necessary, select Administration.
   The Incydr console appears.
