Advance release notification: Backup agent 12.3.0

In early March, Code42 will release backup agent version 12.3.0.

Devices will automatically upgrade upon release unless you have configured an agent update delay. We will send an additional notification upon release. 

Version 12.3.0 includes important security updates to third-party libraries.
