My Profile reference

Overview

The My Profile screen displays summary info about your recent activity and your devices. The action menu contains commands to edit your profile.

To access the My Profile screen, hover over the Account menu in the upper-right corner and select your name.

My profile

To view your user profile, sign in to the Incydr console. From the Account menu, select your name.

Item		Description
a	–	Your first name, last name, and the organization to which you belong.
b	Actions menu	Displays actions you can perform. You can edit your profile and change your parent organization.
c	General info	Summary of your account information.
d	Data Sources	Displays your devices. Click Details for more device information.
	Preservation (not pictured)	Displays backup and restore statistics for your devices. Backup agent only
e	Roles	Displays roles assigned to you.

Actions menu

From the My Profile Actions menu you can:

Name	Description
Edit account details	Edit your user account information: First and Last name Username Password
Change parent organization*	You can change the parent organization by selecting one from the drop-down menu.

Edit account details

To edit your profile, select the Actions menu and choose Edit account details.

Item		Description
a	First and Last name*	Your first and last name
b	Username*	Incydr username
c	Current Password	Your current password. Required to change password.
d	Password*	New password. Re-enter password to confirm. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. For stronger security, use 16 characters or more. Passwords must have at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Special characters and symbols are also allowed. Passwords can't contain spaces or 3 or more repeating letters, numbers, or characters. Passwords shouldn't contain common words or phrases that are easily guessed (like "password" or "letmein"). Never reuse passwords. Don't use a password for Incydr that you use for any other online account.
	Backup quota (not pictured)	Limit of data in GB you can back up.  Available to administrators only Backup agent only

*Changing this field may require you to sign in to the Incydr console again. 

Change parent organization

Available to administrators only.

To edit profile, select the Actions menu and choose Change parent organization.

a	Parent organization	Click to display drop-down menu of parent organizations.
