If you do not renew your subscription with Incydr, or the service is otherwise terminated, data collected through our services is permanently deleted within 60 days.

Once your service with Incydr has concluded, you will no longer have access to your data.

Timing considerations
Your data is deleted within a maximum of 60 days, but deletion often occurs sooner due to regular maintenance cycles, which vary by region. If you need to renew an expired subscription, complete the renewal as soon as possible to reduce the chance of data loss.
