This article describes Incydr cloud data retention upon conclusion of service.

Conclusion of service

If you do not renew your subscription with Incydr, or the service is otherwise terminated, data collected through our services is permanently deleted within 60 days.

Once your service with Incydr has concluded, you will no longer have access to your data.
