Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce the ability to mark campaigns as Test Campaigns, during the campaign creation process.
This will allow you conduct testing of allowlisting and other functionalities within the Engage platform, without affecting organizational and individual user data.

What's changing

• You'll be able to toggle on the Test Campaigns feature, when creating campaigns.
• Test Campaigns will be clearly identifiable in the Campaigns page.
• Data from Test Campaigns will not impact:
  • Any metrics related to Human Risk (including organizational and individual risk scores).
  • Reports via Reporting & Insights.
  • The Campaigns section of the Phishing Training Dashboard.
• Nudges will not be triggered by Test Campaigns.
