If you have a large number of individuals on legal hold and need to import existing individuals in Aware Data Hold, follow these instructions:
- Navigate to Aware Data Hold.
- Select Create a Hold.
- Add the Content Author's email address, provide a clear description, and select the appropriate Content Platform.
- Once complete, select Create Hold and repeat as necessary.
Data Holds can only be created by a single individual. Ensure your description clearly defines the hold, as multiple people may have access to the Aware Data Hold application.
