Aware 2.0 - Search Export Glossary of Terms

Definitions are included below to help you understand the exported content.

Aware Unique Data Classifier	The unique classifier for the specific search result in the export.
Aware Output	Notation of the type of search results - authored by search users, context of the search results, or a mention of the searched user.
Custodian	The name of the individual user from the search criteria.
Author ID	The content platform-given unique identification number for the individual who authored the content
Author Name	The name of the individual who authored the content.
Author Email	The email address of the individual who authored the content.
Aware Author Type	Notation of whether the author was internal (user), external, or a bot.
Platform Type	The content platform where the content was authored.
Platform Name	The company-specific name given to the content platform where the content was authored.
Aware Source	The Aware-given normalized location for where the content was generated.
Group Name	The name of the Group/Team/Channel or Community where the content was authored.
Group ID	The unique identification number for the group where the content was authored.
Subgroup Name	The name of the sub-group (channel in MS Teams) where the content was authored.
Participants	Email address of the other participants in a Direct Message conversation.
Time Stamp	The date and time that the content was authored.
Aware Content Object ID	The Aware-given unique identifier for the content.
Content ID	The content platform-given identification number for the authored content.
Thread ID	The Aware-given unique identification for a conversation context (e.g. a post and its thread or a conversation of messages in a chat).
Sub-thread ID	The Aware-given unique identification for conversation context within a thread that takes place in a chat conversation.
Aware Message Type	The Aware-given normalized message type.
Modification Type	Notation of whether content was modified.
Date Modified	The date when noted modification occurred.
File Name	The name of the file shared.
File Type	The type of file shared.
Parent Message Content ID	The content platform-given identification number of the message that included the file.
View URL	Link to uploaded file in the content platform.
Language	Uses Aware AI/ML to classify language detection analysis.
Sentiment	Uses Aware AI/ML to classify sentiment of a message.
Toxic Speech	Uses Aware AI/ML to classify toxic speech of a message.
Includes Code	Uses Aware AI/ML to determine if a message includes code.
Native Link	The file path to the native file associated with the search result.
Text File Link	The file path to the text file associated with the search result.
Message Content	The content of the authored message. Only included if text files are not generated during the export process.
