Aware 2.0 - Signal Event Content

This article provides a video guide on Signal Event Content, which refers to the structured information generated by monitoring rules in a content moderation or event tracking system. It allows users to efficiently oversee and analyze events that occur within a defined policy framework.

The following provides an overview of how Signal Event Content functions:

  1. Accessing Events: After setting up your Signal rules, events can be viewed through the Global Events tab located under the Policies section, or directly at the Policy folder level.
  2. Navigating Policies: To find specific events, click on the desired policy. Within that policy, you will see an Events section where all relevant events are listed.
  3. Filtering Options: Users have the capability to filter events based on various criteria, including:
  • Rules
  • Content Type
  • Platform
  • Action
  • Source
  • Data Range
  • Event Details: Clicking on a specific event will provide a comprehensive summary, detailing who posted the event and where it was posted.
  • In the left-hand panel, you will find the scope of the rule that triggered the event.
  • Triggered Event Insights:
    • In the right-hand panel, the highlighted keyword or phrase that triggered the event is displayed at the top, along with surrounding context.
    • This includes the 10 messages before and after the triggered event and information about the conversation participants.
  • Exporting Events:
    • If needed, events can be exported in formats such as PDF or CSV.
    • Users can also scroll through events using the Next Event button or perform a bulk export of all events within a policy.
