Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce an enhancement to the Engage Phishing Campaign functionality. Currently, Engage supports sending Phishing Campaigns to only one user group at a time, which limits how customers can deploy their phishing simulations. This update expands the capability to allow delivery of Phishing Campaigns to multiple user groups simultaneously.
What's changing
-
Campaign Creation Flyout:
- Engage Cloud Gateway (CG): Users can now select multiple groups from either Local or Active Directory groups.
- Engage Cloud Integrated (CI): Users can select multiple groups, but only from Active Directory groups.
-
Rapid Deployment Update:
- Enables multiple group selections for both CG and CI campaign types.
-
Group Limit:
- A maximum of 50 groups can be selected per campaign to maintain consistency with user settings.
