Issue
We have identified an issue where delivery receipts are not being received when Cloud Integrated (CI) rules are enabled. This is due to a limitation in a third-party component, which does not honor delivery receipt requests.
Please contact your Account Team to discuss how this issue affects your organizational priorities.
This product limitation is not on the Product Team Roadmap to resolve or planned fix.
