Issue
We are aware of an issue in Sync & Recover. This is affecting Calendar Exports, where recurring meeting series (with modified occurrences or exceptions) may result in duplicated events in the exported file. This is due to a defect in a third-party library we rely on for calendar exports.
We are actively working with the vendor to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Restores of calendars are not impacted by this issue.
Workaround
- Use the Restore function if you need to recover calendar data.
