Issue

We are aware of an issue where existing customers are unable to see any data in the Human Risk Command Center Dashboard, and see a message "Your account is being provisioned; this may take up to 24 hours."

This may be because your account originally imported users using the Directory Synchronization process, but subsequently, Directory Synchronization was disabled.

Our engineering teams are working to resolve this issue.

Workaround

• In order to load data into the Human Risk Command Center Dashboard and continue to update it, you must re-enable Directory Synchronization.
