Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce a new feature that will be available to Email Security Cloud Gateway customers utilizing KnowBe4, and the Mimecast Email Incident Response (MEIR) service.

What's changing

• You'll be able to forward KnowBe4 non-simulated email reports from End Users to Mimecast, by utilizing the KnowBe4 Phish Alert Button.
• Non-simulated email reports from End Users will be sent to the SecOps mailbox.

Recommended actions

Please review End User Applications - Configuring Outlook End-User Reporting to create the SecOps mailbox, and API & integrations - KnowBe4 Outlook End User Reporting, to configure the KnowBe4 Phish Alert Button to forward non-simulated reports.
