Overview

Mimecast is preparing to perform important network maintenance in the ZA region.

For a period of up to three hours all services may be unavailable. For the rest of the window, we expect services to be available but possibly partially degraded due to reduced redundancy.

Maintenance Timeline

• Maintenance start: 14:00 SAST (13:00 BST, 17:30 IST, 08:00 EDT).
• Full email traffic suspension start: 17:00 SAST (16:00 BST, 20:30 IST, 11:00 EDT).
• Full email traffic suspension end: 20:00 SAST (19:00 BST, 23:30 IST, 14:00 EDT).
• Maintenance end: 22:00 SAST (21:00 BST, 01:30 IST, 16:00 EDT).

Recommended Actions

Customers are encouraged to subscribe to the Mimecast Status Page to receive updates in the event of any delays in completing the required maintenance.
