Engage Teams Nudges

This article contains information on configuring Teams Nudges, including integrating Microsoft Teams with Email Security Cloud Integrated, setting up campaigns, and receiving notifications to improve user awareness and security behavior.

Configuring Teams Nudges

  1. Log into Email Security Cloud Integrated.
  2. Navigate to Integrations | Integrations Hub.
  3. Click Configure New on the Teams tile.

  1. Enter a Name and Description and click Authorize.

  1. After being redirected, log into your Teams account and accept the permissions.

  1. Once it refreshes, navigate to Engage | Nudges | Behavioral Nudges | expand any campaign | click Edit.

  1. You will receive an email once the campaign has been launched.
  2. Clicking the link in the email will let you know that it was a phishing test.
  3. You'll receive a nudge in Teams alerting you that you have been phished.
