Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce enhancements for a more secure and transparent email experience. This update outlines recent changes to how reported messages are managed and viewed and explains what these improvements mean for you as a Mimecast user.
What's changing
- Reported messages are now primarily accessed through Audit Logs. This may require a two-step search process:
- Search in Audit Logs to find the message ID
- Search in message archives to view the message contents
