Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce an upcoming change to the reporting functionality within the Archive Search results page in the Administration Console.
What's changing
- Removal of Reporting Options:
The Report as Spam/Malware/Phishing options will be removed from the Archive Search results page.
- Unified Reporting Workflow:
All reported emails will now be routed exclusively through the new Threat Remediation & Response (TRR) workflow, ensuring they are visible in the Analysis & Reporting (A&R) dashboard.
Recommended actions
Nothing needs to be done as a result of these changes. You may familiarize yourself with the alternative reporting methods available in the Administration Console for reporting suspicious emails.
