| Who's affected | All CyberGraph and MEIR Users |
Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce an important enhancement to the CyberGraph reporting experience within the Mimecast Email Incident Response (MEIR) service, designed to provide greater transparency and engagement for your users.
What's changing
For organizations using both MEIR and CyberGraph, users who report suspicious emails via the CyberGraph banner will now have their reports routed to MEIR. Additionally, once our security analysts classify the reported message within MEIR, those classifications will now become visible on the Reported Emails page in Analysis & Response.
Why This Matters:
Enhanced Security: Reports from CyberGraph will be visible and processed in MEIR as usual, ensuring your security team has access to all relevant data.
Consistent Experience: Whether reporting through CyberGraph or other MEIR channels, you get a unified, transparent, and closed-loop reporting journey.
