Issue
Mimecast has identified a known issue affecting the automated delivery of Mimecast Human Risk Insight Reports (MHRI) to clients based in Jersey.
This issue has been logged with the Product Team, who have acknowledged the problem and confirmed they are working on a fix.
Workaround
While the Product Team works on resolving this issue, Jersey-based customers can still access their Mimecast Human Risk Insight Reports through the following alternative method:
1. Navigate to the Reporting | Human Risk Insights in your Mimecast account.
2. Access the Human Risk Insights Report menu
3. Download the report manually from this location
