Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce that we have resolved an issue that was preventing Partner Administrators from accessing the Email Security onboarding wizard on behalf of their customers.
What's changing
Partner Administrators were unable to access the onboarding wizard when attempting to configure Email Security for their customers.
Resolution:
The issue has been fixed, and Partner admin access to the onboarding wizard has been restored. If you continue to experience access issues, please use the initial credentials sent in your welcome email to access the wizard and contact our support team for assistance.
Recommended actions
- No immediate action required.
- If the problem persists, contact Mimecast Support with relevant details (partner ID, affected customer tenant, and any error messages).
