Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce enhancements to the Reported Emails Dashboard in Analysis & Response, for non Mimecast Email Incident Response (MEIR) customers.
This dashboard provides comprehensive visibility into emails reported to Mimecast by your users, enabling effective monitoring and analysis.
This functionality provides a clear and accessible overview of reported emails, empowering your team to monitor email threats effectively.
What's changing
- Reported Emails Display: View a detailed table of emails reported to Mimecast, including key information for each message.

Metadata Provided: Access essential metadata for each reported email, including:
- Unique identifier (Id).
- Subject line.
- Sender’s email address.
- Mimecast’s analysis/classification (e.g., phishing, spam, benign).
- Number of reporters.
- Number of recipients.
- Timestamp of the latest report.
- Full message body for thorough review.
- Filtering and Searching: Utilize powerful search and filter options to quickly locate specific emails by subject, sender, or other metadata fields. Filter reports by analysis type to focus on categories like phishing or spam.
- Sorting: Sort columns such as Id, Latest Report, Reporter(s), and Recipients in ascending or descending order to organize data according to your needs.
- Export Capability: Export the displayed data in CSV format allowing offline analysis and reporting.
