Overview
The Alerts & Notifications allows users to configure and manage email notifications for monitoring DNS Records, DMARC Compliance, and other email authentication metrics.
Add Email Notification
Users can set up notifications to be alerted when significant changes occur in DNS records. You can Add Email Notification either on Compliance Monitor, DMARC Summary, or DNS Monitor by navigating to Account | Notifications | Domain Management | Compliance Monitor Notifications | Compliance Monitor | Add Email Notification.
The user will be redirected to the configuration page for each section.
Compliance Monitor
You can configure notifications for monitoring DMARC compliance.
Insert Email Address: Specify the recipient email address for notifications.
Domain(s) or Group: Select specific domains or groups to monitor.
Send Individual Notifications: Option to send notifications for each domain or group.
Alerts Frequency: Choose how often notifications are sent (e.g., Daily, Weekly).
Aggregate Report Triggers:
Invalid Messages Exceeded: Set a threshold for invalid messages to trigger notifications.
Compliance Trigger: Set a minimum compliance percentage to trigger notifications.
Forensic Report Triggers:
Maximum Number of Forensic Reports Received: Set a threshold for forensic reports to trigger notifications.
DMARC Summary
You can configure notifications for DMARC Summary reports.
Insert Email Address: Specify the recipient email address for notifications.
Domain(s) Included in Report: Select specific domains or "All domains" to include in the report.
Alerts Frequency: Choose how often notifications are sent (e.g., Daily, Weekly).
Save/Cancel: Save the configuration or Cancel changes.
DNS Monitor
You can view and manage existing DNS monitor notifications.
Email Address: Displays the recipient email addresses for notifications.
Domains: Lists the domains included in the report.
Type: Indicates the DNS records being monitored (DMARC, DKIM, and SPF).
Actions Menu: Access additional options for managing notifications.
