This article details how to switch from your account in the Mimecast User Portal to other accounts you have been Delegated to manage and is intended for End Users.
You can switch between your own account and other accounts you've been Delegated to manage by using the following steps:
Click on your Profile. The list of accounts you can access is displayed.
Click on the Mailbox you wish to access.
If you have installed the User Portal, the Delegate mailbox will be opened in a new browser window. If you are accessing the Delegate via a browser, the Delegate's mailbox will open in a new tab.
Once access to a Delegate's mailbox is displayed, the following functionality is available for the Delegate's account:
Archive folders.
