Overview
As part of our Email Security - API-based launch, Mimecast is pleased to announce that we are updating how integrations are tagged to provide better visibility into their compatibility with different deployment methods. These updates will clearly differentiate the availability of integrations for either Email Security - MX-based or Email Security - API-based deployments.
What's changing

Integrations Marketplace: Access the Integrations Marketplace by navigating to Connect Your Tools | Integrate and Optimize section at the top.

The product drop-down menu is being adjusted to clearly indicate which integrations are compatible with the API.

The integration tile will be updated from Cloud Gateway to one of the following options: Email Security - API, Email Security - MX, or Email Security - API & MX, making it visually clear even without using the product drop-down.
- Additional details have been added to each integration tile for further clarification, ensuring compatibility information is visible even if the drop-down or pill is overlooked.

- The Integrations Hub in the Mimecast Administration Console which serves as the setup wizard for integrations, will also display whether an integration is Email Security - API, MX, or compatible with both.
Recommended actions
Nothing needs to be done as a result of these changes.
