This article contains information on how administrators and end users can provide feedback for the User Portal, including using the standard feedback process and accessing feedback options through the settings menu.
Providing Feedback for the User Portal
You can provide feedback for the User Portal in the following ways:
As an Administrator
Use the standard feedback process, selecting User Portal as the product area.
As an End User
End Users of the User Portal can provide direct feedback via the settings menu.
Click the settings icon.
Select Updates and Feedback from the menu.

You will see the following pop-up (please ensure no pop-up blockers are active on the user portal).
Click the Updates option to view the latest information about the User Portal, or click Feedback to provide suggestions.
